Instant Pot Oatmeal
- 2 3/4 c oat or almond milk
- 4 tb butter
- 3 c berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana (sliced; fresh or frozen)
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- [optional] 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c steel cut (or 1.3 c rolled) oats
- 3/4 c peanut butter
- 1/2 c honey
- [optional] 1/4 c raisins
- 1/8 c chia seeds
- 1/8 c flax seeds or hemp seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- walnuts
- Add about 1 c of the milk, then all the butter, and frozen berries/fruits; turn on saute while retrieving/preparing other items.
- Add seasonings, vanilla extract, remaining milk, and oats.
- High pressure cook for 4 minutes.
- Natural release.
- Mix in remaining ingredients besides walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
- Top with walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
