====== Instant Pot Oatmeal ====== * 2 3/4 c oat or almond milk * 4 tb butter * 3 c berries (fresh or frozen) * 1 banana (sliced; fresh or frozen) * 1.5 tsp salt * 1/4 tsp cinnamon * [optional] 2 tsp cocoa powder * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 c steel cut (or 1.3 c rolled) oats * 3/4 c peanut butter * 1/2 c honey * [optional] 1/4 c raisins * 1/8 c chia seeds * 1/8 c flax seeds or hemp seeds * pumpkin seeds * walnuts - Add about 1 c of the milk, then all the butter, and frozen berries/fruits; turn on saute while retrieving/preparing other items. - Add seasonings, vanilla extract, remaining milk, and oats. - High pressure cook for 4 minutes. - Natural release. - Mix in remaining ingredients besides walnuts and pumpkin seeds. - Top with walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
